    Our first step is to understand what it is that you or your company need my help with, and to understand the time it may take, and the results you are hoping for.

    Contracting

    In our second meeting we will start to hone in on a specific plan; frequency of meetings, your SMART goals for our work, the extent and outcomes, confidentiality, payment terms. We'll continue to review this as part of our ongoing sessions.

    Conducting the work

    We'll run the sessions based on the previous agreements we make, with the aim of transformation in our minds; and we'll utilise time to ensure that we have reflection points and action planning to bring our discussions to life.

    Executive

    Senior Manager

    This Manager was frustrated that he had little time to work on strategy; our work helped him to delegate 75% of his tasks and think about how operations and strategy could be combined in his daily work. He now runs strategy for his division.

    Senior Leadership Team

    This was a newly formed team; to help them come together I ran a session where each person spoke about their self, what provided highs, what caused lows. This helped them to bond quickly to move their business forward.

    The teams had become uncertain about what good looked like around here; I put together a group coaching programme to help them deliver consistent leadership.
